ALL SALES ARE FINAL
We understand that choosing the right product is important to you, which is why we encourage our customers to ask any questions before placing an order! Unfortunately, we currently do not accept any refunds or exchanges for orders that have been placed and processed.
EXCEPTIONS: DAMAGED OR SPOILED PRODUCTS
In the rare event that your product is damaged or spoiled, we’re here to help! Please get in touch with our friendly customer support team within 7 days of purchase (if bought in-store) or of receiving your item (if bought online). We’ll work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.
To assist us, kindly provide us with any relevant details and include photographs of the damaged or spoiled product, with a subject line of ‘damaged/spoiled product’ in the email. Our team will review your case and provide guidance on the next steps.

pick-ups and shipping
Pick-ups at our brick and mortar store @ 409 Roncesvalles Ave. is available for our products. Just select “pick-up” when checking out.
Alternatively, we also offering shipping for $14.99 within Canada. Unfortunately we do not offer shipping outside of Canada at the moment.
PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES
Because we are a small business, processing & delivery times depend on the season. In general, it takes about 2-3 business days to process, and expect shipping to take 4-5 business days.

Sales tax will not be applied to e-gift card purchases.
