Dr. Arlene Dubier, is a naturopathic doctor, birth doula and lactation educator who has a focus in fertility, pregnancy and postpartum care. Her goal is to help her patients have pain-free periods, regular menstrual cycles and have all the tools to feel strong, energetic and ready to take on each season of life
Our treatment plan will always involve education on nutrition and functional foods, movement and stress management. We often will add 1-2 supplements/herbs/additional supports but the ultimate goal is to have you move forward by simply using the foundations of health.
She believes that everyone should be able to have access to reproductive healthcare and the opportunity to feel empowered by the amazing things that their body can do.
